# How to Set Up Private Rates in Healthbridge Nova

Follow these steps to add and configure private rates in Healthbridge Nova.

**Step 1: Access Private Rates Settings**

1.  **Log in** to **Healthbridge Nova**.
2.  Click on the **‘Admin’** tab from the main menu.
3.  Select **‘Private Rates’** from the left-hand panel.

**Step 2: Add a New Private Rate**

1.  The **‘Private Rates’** window will open, allowing you to manage rates.
2.  Click on the **rate type** you want to configure:
    -   **Procedure**
    -   **Medicines**
    -   **Consumables**
    -   **Anaesthetic Price**
3.  Click on **‘Add Rate’**.

**Step 3: Enter Rate Details**

1.  Fill in all required fields with the appropriate rate information.

**Step 4: Save the Rate**

1.  Review your selections to ensure accuracy.
2.  Click **‘Save’** to apply the new private rate.
