Healthbridge Nova Reports

Using the Healthbridge NOVA reports.

Under the β€˜Reports’ tab, you will find the following sections Calendar, Collection, Financial and Operational, these reports provide the user with a description explaining its purpose/function and the required data.

Calendar 

  • Appointment report - Provides the user a full view of all patients that visited the practice and can be generated with or without invoices. 

Collections

  • Collectable amounts report - Provides the user with a view of all invoices with patient liable amounts.

Note: The user can also now create a favourites list of the most frequently used reports, by selecting the star next to the report this creates the favourites list. 

 

 




 

Financial Reports

  • Age analysis report - view all invoices with outstanding balances in the different ageing periods. 
  • Claim report - view all claims that were submitted using the system.
  • Credit notes report - details of credit notes processed on the system.
  • Monthly transaction report - view a summary of all medical aid transactions for the selected month.
  • Write-off report - view all patient liable amounts are written off due to bad debt or small balance.
  • Payments Report - A summary of all the payments received.
  • Payment Corrections Report - Payment corrections captured for a selected date range. 
  • Journal Report - Details of journals that are part of RAs.
  • Refunds Report - Refunds made to patients for a selected date range.
  • Unroutable Claims Report - Details of claims which could not be routed through the switch, which were sent to the scheme via email.
  • RA Suspense Account Report - RA payments that have not been reconciled yet, and that are in the Suspense Account
  • Payment Details Report - The details of patient and medical aid payment transactions, for the whole practice.
  • Line Items Billed Report - This report lists the quantities and values of invoice line types that were billed.
  • Payments Per Provider Report - Details of payments received, per provider.
  • Reversed Transactions Report -  Transactions that were reversed during a selected date range. Transactions include invoices, credits and debits.
  • VAT Summary Report - A summary of input and output VAT, for a selected date range.


Operational Reports

  • Incomplete Contact Details Report - A list of patients with incomplete contact information (cellphone numbers and email addresses).
  • Referral Report - An analysis of referrals for a selected date range(based on service date).
  • Assistant Report - An analysis of assistants for a selected date range (based on service date).
  • SMS Report - SMSs sent to patients during a selected date range.
  • Patient List Report - A list of patients based on various search criteria.
  • Email Report - Emails sent to a patient during a selected date range.
  • Custom Charge Codes Report - A view of custom codes set up for the practice.
  • Medical Insurer Statements - A list of medical insurers with insurer liable amounts. You can generate a statement for an insurer.

 

Remittances 

  • eRA Delivery Schedule Report - This report shows the delivery schedule for eRAs from various schemes.
  • RA Statement Report - Listing remittances (both electronic and manual). You can view individual RA statements, and also manually update the payment date of a remittance if required.
    Inbox Actions Report - This report shows, per user, which Inbox actions have been completed and which have been discarded.

    Business Insights Report - A collection of specialised dashboards that provide insights into your business.
