How to Transfer Liability from Medical Aid to Patient in Healthbridge Nova

Step 1: Access the Patient’s Account

1. Log in to Healthbridge Nova.
2. Click on the ‘Accounts’ tab from the main menu.
3. Use the search bar to find the patient’s account.
4. Click on the patient’s name to open their account details.

Step 2: Locate the Invoice

1. Select the ‘Transactions’ tab.
2. Change the ‘Type’ filter to ‘Invoice’.
3. Select the specific invoice that needs liability transfer.

Step 3: Transfer the Liability

1. Click on the arrows between ‘Medical Aid Liable’ and ‘Patient Liable’ to transfer liability.
2. Enter a Reason for transferring the liability.

Step 4: Save the Changes

1. Click ‘Save’ to apply the transfer.

The invoice liability has been successfully transferred.
