How to Set a Mandatory ID Number When Creating Patient Accounts in Healthbridge Nova

Follow these steps to require patient ID numbers when creating new accounts in Healthbridge Nova.

Step 1: Access Admin Settings

  1. Log in to Healthbridge Nova.
  2. Click on the ‘Admin’ tab from the main menu.

Step 2: Navigate to Patient & Account Settings

  1. Select ‘Settings’ from the Admin menu.
  2. Click on the ‘Patient & Account’ tab.

Step 3: Enable Mandatory ID Numbers

  1. Locate the setting ‘Patient ID numbers are mandatory when creating accounts’.
  2. Toggle the checkbox ON to require an ID number for all new patient accounts.

Step 4: Save Changes

  1. Click ‘Save’ to apply the update.

Patient ID numbers are now mandatory when creating new accounts in Healthbridge Nova!
