How to Set Up Private Rates in Healthbridge Nova

Step 1: Access Private Rates Settings

1. Log in to Healthbridge Nova.
2. Click on the ‘Admin’ tab from the main menu.
3. Select ‘Private Rates’ from the left-hand panel.

Step 2: Add a New Private Rate

1. The ‘Private Rates’ window will open, allowing you to manage rates.
2. Click on the rate type you want to configure:
   • Procedure
   • Medicines
   • Consumables
   • Anaesthetic Price
3. Click on ‘Add Rate’.

Step 3: Enter Rate Details

1. Fill in all required fields with the appropriate rate information.

Step 4: Save the Rate

1. Review your selections to ensure accuracy.
2. Click ‘Save’ to apply the new private rate.

The private rate has been successfully set up in Healthbridge Nova.
