How to change your SMS and email templates

To change your SMS and email templates click on 'Admin', then click on 'Settings' in the left-hand panel and from there click on 'SMS and email templates'.

The user can add new templates by clicking on 'New email template' and 'New SMS template', or modify existing templates by clicking on the pencil icon next to a template.

From there update the 'Template name', and 'Template description', and add variables in between your message.

The user can 'Preview' the message and then click on 'Save'.
