Transferring Liabilities

How to transfer from Medical aid liable to Patient liable. 

  1. Navigate to the “Accounts” tab.
  2. Search for the patient account you require.
  3. Proceed to view the account details.
  4. Select “Transactions”.

  1. Change the “Type” to Invoice.
  2. Select the required invoice.
  3. Click on the arrows between “Medical aid liable” and “Patient Liable”.
  4. These arrows   allow a user to transfer the liability by clicking on it.

5. By adding in a “Reason” for the transferring of liabilities and clicking on “save”, the user can move the liability as needed.

9. This will move the liability for this specific invoice only once it has been saved.
