How to set up private rates

To set up Private rates,

Click on the ‘Admin’ tab.
Select ‘Private rates’ in the left-hand panel.

This will open the ‘Private rates’ window where you can load any private rates required.

To add a new rate, click on the rate type such as 'Procedure', 'Medicines', 'Consumables', or 'Anaesthetic Price'.

Then select 'add rate'.

Complete all the rate fields and click ' Save' once all your selections have been made.
